My name is Fred Krazeise and I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Practical Reiki Master / Teacher and Intrinsic Coach©. I combine wellness coaching and therapeutic body work to provide a source of healing for women suffering from physical or emotional pain or stress. I have discovered that through the sensitive fusion of techniques, including various types of massage and subtle energy work, that I can provide not only physical relief to my clients but also emotional and spiritual peace and calm as well. I derive success through a deeply intuitive connection with every client. My goal is to meet my clients exactly where they are and provide exactly what their bodies need.
I work with clients who have many needs, including those with chronic stress and adrenal imbalance, nutritional imbalance, clients suffering from chronic pain, and women who have suffered severe emotional and physical abuse and trauma. Many of my clients are also in transition resulting from loss; a birth, a move, a separation, or simply a need they feel to move on. Whatever their feeling of incompleteness, I work with each client to find the perfect “life cocktail” consisting of the tools and practices she needs to move forward in life with strength and joy.
It is my intention that the lives of all people with whom I interact will either be elevated as a result of our interaction, or that they will be left where they are. But, no one will be diminished as a result of their association with me.
