Intrinsic Coaching® / Wellness Coaching
As a coach, I view my clients as being creative, capable and complete individuals, who are fully capable of leading the life they desire. But, like most coaches, I help my clients move past blind spots. I hold them accountable and help them to build self-awareness, engage in new forms of thinking, and most importantly, take new actions to achieve the results they desire
Addressing your needs, your lifestyle and your goals, the goal of my coaching practice is to help my clients restore balance in their lives. I use an online tool called “The Wellness Inventory” to help clients create a wellness plan that focuses on 12 key lifestyle areas:
- Self responsibility and love, Breathing, Sensing
- Eating, Moving, Feeling
- Thinking, Playing and Working, Communicating
- Intimacy, Finding Meaning, Transcending
The objective of coaching is not to tell you what to do, but to awaken your own intrinsic capabilities to promote self-healing. Wellness coaching combined with advanced bodywork therapy addresses your:
- Physical wellness
- Emotional wellbeing
- Spiritual awakening

Advanced bodywork
I combine traditional European and Western-based techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage) with Asian and Eastern-based forms (Thai Yoga, Tuina, Lomi Lomi) and subtle energy work to help you:
- Reduce stress
- Ease pain
- Maintain every day good health
Massage triggers the body’s relaxation response, interrupting the cycle of stress and muscle tension that can build in response to life’s challenges.
