I collect cookbooks. I read cookbooks like novels. I read the recipes and imagine making each dish and I imagine all the possibilities. I’m always in search of new recipes, new ideas, new takes on the tried-and-true when the tried-and-true becomes boring.

One of my favorite websites is Epicurious. The site contains thousands of recipes. You can search for menus, search for recipes for any occasion or search by ingredient.

So, I’m going to throw a big plug to the site and share 3 simple, and healthy meal recipes. The first is a recipe for gluten-free pasta. This pasta would go really well with the tomato sauce recipe that I shared with you last week. It’s summer and a salad meal is certainly in order. And finally, I’ve found some recipes for some peach desserts. It’s the height of summer, peaches are coming into season and they are absolutely favorite fruit!
